Dr. Dildar Muhammad is a Professor of Nursing Sciences, accomplished nurse educationist, academic administrator, and researcher with over a decade of experience in higher education. He is recognized as the pioneer Professor of Nursing Sciences in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the pioneer Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Sciences at a public-sector university in Pakistan.
He has extensive experience in the administration and management of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs, including BS Nursing, Post RN BS Nursing, MSN, and PhD Nursing Sciences. His expertise includes curriculum development, implementation, and academic leadership, contributing significantly to the advancement of nursing education in Pakistan.
As a dedicated researcher and mentor, Dr. Muhammad has supervised more than 50 MS/MPhil Nursing students to the successful completion of their theses and is currently supervising five PhD scholars in Nursing Sciences. He has also mentored young faculty members in their academic and research endeavors.
Dr. Muhammad is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Gandhara Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, an HEC-recognized journal, promoting excellence in nursing and allied health research.
